I helped the client identify his pain-point, and how his handyman business could be enhanced by a subscription model (rather than just a phone call when you're stuck and need help).

- I blasted the email (Salesforce)
- I created A/B tests with subject line and with email content (50% of users received an image related to smoke detectors, 50% received an image about plumbing)
- I analyzed the results: deliverability rate, open-rate, click-through-rate, click-to-open rate, and conversion rate.
